We also collect information about how you use Becflow — such as invoices created, clients added, and agreements sent — in order to provide and improve the service.
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve Becflow, process transactions, send transactional emails on your behalf to your clients, and communicate with you about your account. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever. We share your information only with the third-party service providers required to operate Becflow: Stripe and Paystack for payment processing, Supabase for secure data storage, and Resend for email delivery. Each of these providers is contractually bound to protect your data and use it only to provide their services to us.
We use a small number of cookies strictly necessary to operate Becflow. These include an authentication cookie to keep you logged in and a consent cookie to remember your cookie preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or Google Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for privacy-first site analytics — this tool collects no personal data, uses no cookies, and requires no consent under GDPR or CCPA.
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS and encrypted at rest.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons.
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information at any time. You can manage most of this through your account settings. For any other requests, contact us at [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Becflow uses AI to help generate agreements and contracts. These are provided as starting templates only. Becflow is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing any AI-generated content before sending it to a client or using it in any legal context.
Becflow is not directed at children under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with their information, please contact us at [email protected].
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or by a notice within the app. Your continued use of Becflow after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
